Behind the blend: how a BOO spray is made

Small batches, simple steps and 100% natural oils — here's the thinking that goes into every bottle.

There's no factory line here. Every BOO™ spray is made by hand in small batches, in one room, by a person who believes a product for sensitive people should be made slowly. This is what that looks like.

Start with a purpose

Every blend begins as a problem, not a fragrance: focus (Lucid Thread), settling a busy day (Calmomile Calm), deep rest (Night Root). The oils are chosen for the job first, the pleasing smell second — and quietly, the two usually agree.

100% natural, deliberately light

We use only natural essential oils, at lower dilutions, because an overwhelmed nervous system seldom needs more input — it needs less. A light hand is the whole point. No synthetic fragrance, nothing loud.

Small batches, on purpose

Each batch is made to order or in tiny runs. That means we can give a single bottle the attention a long production line never could. It also means we occasionally sell out while we make more — and that's fine. Rushing isn't the brand.

Faithfully the same, or honestly different

Natural oils vary slightly with crop and season, like wine or honey. We keep each blend true to its character, but if a batch arrives a whisper different, that's the honesty of natural ingredients — not an error.

What's in a BOO™ spray

Natural essential oils, a gentle base, and a label that tells you plainly how to use it. That's the whole list.

We make the kind of thing we needed ourselves: simple, light, made with attention, and finished by hand.
